In the event of a covered machine fault or technical issue, you will receive a replacement machine to minimise downtime and keep your treatments running smoothly, ensuring your business can continue operating without disruption while your issue is resolved or a brand new machine ordered. 

Please note: this extended warranty does not include replacement probes/ handpieces. Probes are consumable items and, due to regular use and wear on wires and components, they should be replaced periodically to maintain optimal performance and safety.

To maintain warranty validity, the machine must be serviced annually in line with the manufacturer's and safety requirements. Once purhased this will start your activation warranty date.
